Junior Associate

Muhammad Fatih is a Law graduate from Al-Azhar University Indonesia, equipped with excellent English proficiency—a strong foundation that has propelled his early career in the legal field. He has a particular interest in Intellectual Property Law and business law in general.

During his studies, Fatih gained experience at the Coordinating Ministry for Law, Human Rights, Immigration, and Corrections, where he handled various legal administrative tasks and was responsible for coordinating across different divisions. He was also active in multiple organizations, including serving as a Mentor for the “Kampus Merdeka” program, where he successfully facilitated student exchanges for law students across different islands such as Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan. In addition, Fatih was actively involved in the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Law, where he advocated for various student-related issues on campus, including promoting financial transparency and ensuring that all university policies complied with regulations and delivered fairness to students. His dedication to justice and legal compliance was nurtured during his university years, and now Fatih is well-prepared to continue sharpening his legal expertise, particularly in the fields of business law and intellectual property law.
