Junior Associate

Zahra has a strong interest in the field of competition law. She demonstrated this through her thesis research, which discussed collusion in tender procurement that could lead to unfair business competition, by analyzing various decisions of the Indonesian Competition Commission (KPPU). Zahra then graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, Trisakti University.

Her deep understanding of competition law stems from her internship experience at KPPU. During her time there, she successfully analyzed various competition cases handled by the Commission, including violation analysis, market impact, and policy recommendations. Fitri also gained internship experience at the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Bukittinggi City, where she sharpened her skills in legal drafting and communication with various related institutions. As part of the implementation of the “Tri Dharma of Perguruan Tinggi”, Fitri participated in a community service project at Cunang Beach, Selangor, Malaysia. During this activity, she learned many things, including environmental regulations and how the local community preserves its culture. Thanks to her experiences and skills, Fitri has a strong foundation to begin her career as a legal consultant at RIVAI & RIVAI Law Firm, particularly in the fields of competition law and environmental law.
