Junior Associate

Syifana Syahla holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Parahyangan Catholic University, with a concentration in business and finance law. She gained a wide range of experiences during her university years, equipping her with a strong foundation to become a professional corporate lawyer.

Most recently, she worked as a Junior Associate at DKMS Lawyers, where she successfully handled various client cases, including ensuring that business transactions were conducted smoothly and in compliance with prevailing laws and regulations. During her studies, Syifana also interned at Bank Indonesia – Bandung, which strengthened her understanding of various types of transactions and the regulations related to them. In addition, she possesses comprehensive knowledge of criminal law, particularly in corruption cases, gained through her experience with the Court Monitoring KPK – UNPAR program.

Syifana was also actively involved in various student organizations, such as the Law Studies Program Association, and made significant contributions to the Dekan Cup, particularly through her leadership in organizing the event and maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders. Her skills and experiences have led her to become one of the Junior Associates at RIVAI & RIVAI Law Firm, with a focus on corporate law, business, and finance.
