Tengku Parameswara is an expert in insurance law and corporate dispute resolution, both in litigation and alternative dispute settlement. He earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia in 1990 and has completed various insurance-related training programs, including an Insurance Course in London, United Kingdom.

Tengku has extensive experience in the field of insurance law. Most recently, he served as Senior Legal Executive at PT Asuransi Tugu Pratama Indonesia Tbk, following his previous roles as Legal Advisor to the Board of Directors and Head of Legal Department. Throughout his career, he has handled numerous litigation and non-litigation matters, including representing the company in mediation proceedings before the Hong Kong Court, filing lawsuits against an international bank in Hong Kong, and serving as a key witness in court proceedings there. In addition, he has extensive experience in corporate liquidation processes, ensuring legal compliance in all aspects, and providing legal advice to the Board of Directors while maintaining close communication with shareholders, stakeholders, and regulators.

He currently serves as a Partner at RIVAI & RIVAI Law Firm, where his broad expertise and experience contribute significantly to the firm’s high-quality legal services, particularly in the areas of insurance law and corporate matters.
