Toto has 29 years of experience working in various divisions of major companies in the oil and gas industry as well as the global gold mining industry. He is an Advocate and Legal Consultant who graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia in 1991.

He has worked at PT Tripatra Engineers & Constructors as Human Resources/Industrial Relations (HR/IR) Superintendent (1996 – 2002), HR and General Affairs Superintendent (2002 – 2006), and finally as HR/IR Superintendent (2006 – 2008). He later served as HR & Legal Manager at PT Sepuluh Anugerah (2014 – 2015) and Legal Manager at PT Radiant Internusa Utama (2015 – 2016). In addition, he also has experience working at several well-known law firms, banks, and insurance companies.

He specializes in land and property law. During his tenure at law firms, he has provided legal services in the form of legal consultations, handling criminal and civil cases, and alternative dispute resolution through negotiations with the parties involved.
