Ahmad Kennedy is an experienced advocate with a long track record in civil and criminal litigation. A graduate of the Faculty of Law at Muhammadiyah University Jakarta, he earned his Bachelor of Law degree with a concentration in Civil Law in 2005 and completed his Master of Law degree with summa cum laude honors in 2019, focusing on Criminal Law.

He began his career at the law firm of Made Rahman Marasabessy & Partners in 2005 and Ameeroedien & Partners in 2007, before founding Ahmad Kennedy & Partners in 2009. He has handled civil cases such as labor disputes, breach of contract, agrarian issues, divorce, asset auctions at the KPKNL, bankruptcy, foreclosure on a house in the Kemang area of South Jakarta, and several foreclosures on land. In addition, he also handles cases at the State Administrative Court (PTUN) and various general criminal cases such as murder, rape, fraud, embezzlement, and forgery, as well as special criminal cases such as domestic violence, alleged corruption of the General Elections Commission (KPU) at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), and the case of child neglect by the Regent of Banyuasin at the South Sumatra Regional Police, among others.

Currently, as a Partner at RIVAI & RIVAI Law Firm, Ahmad plays a crucial role in handling strategic litigation cases and providing tactical guidance in resolving complex disputes with a high dedication to justice and professionalism.
