Abdurrasyid Razak is a professional in the fields of law, market research, and business consulting. He currently serves as an Associate at RIVAI & RIVAI Law Firm. He has experience in corporate legal advisory, government transactions, infrastructure, capital markets, M&A transactions, SOE restructuring, cross-border transactions, as well as market research and portfolio analysis.

He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Indonesia in 2021, with expertise in corporate transactions, due diligence, contract review, market structure research, technical market analysis, portfolio construction, portfolio attribution & performance analysis, risk management, and benchmark analysis. He previously worked as an Associate at Thamrin dan Rekan (TR & Co.) Law Firm (April 2021 – January 2024), where he led the domestic legal team for the Joint Lead Managers in a US$2 billion Wakalah Sukuk issuance and assisted PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur in negotiating the EPC tender for an Ammonia Plant Revamp project.

Since January 2024, he has also worked as an Independent Market Researcher, focusing on systematic market research, market structure analysis, and portfolio construction in the Indonesian and United States equity markets. He developed the REZIME framework for systematic market participation and risk management, as well as analytical indicators and tools using Pine Script on the TradingView platform. Previously, he also served as the Founder, Owner, & Manager of Tappé Café (November 2019 – January 2021). He is proficient in both Indonesian and English.
